Cliff & Rosalind

This web site is designed for the families of
Cliff and Rosalind Heaps of
Riverside, California

Originally this web site was created to help bring all our grandchildren closer together as some live in other states across the nation and the opportunity to meet their cousins and visit their grandparents only happens during the summer months of the year.

July of 2004 was the first time all our natural grandchildren had the opportunity to get together at the same place at the same time. That’s when we had a “Grandma Party” and had a big family barbecue. Some of those photos may be seen on the Our Family page of this web site.

Clifton W. Heaps passed away February 12, 2008.

I broke my leg working in the back yard on July 23, 2008. The wheel barrel was heavy and I was tired. It got wobbly and started to take me in the pond with the fish. Since I didn’t want to drown, I pushed myself away from the pond and landed on the grass only my right leg didn’t clear the edge of the pond and came down with a bang. Because of the way it broke, I have to stay off it for a total of 3 months with no weight on it. I’ll get to learn how to walk again in October. In the meantime, I am getting around the house with a wheel chair.
